Harmony Online Program

I chose the word "harmony" because it represents the idea of different elements (our body systems) coming together to create balance for something more beautiful than any one part could achieve on its own.

Physical exercise is a powerful way to experience this harmony within ourselves. Our body systems—muscular, cardiovascular, respiratory—are all guided by the conductor: our nervous system.

Purposeful physical exercise, with special attention to breathing, can be a profound step to supporting these systems to work together.

By practicing listening and responding to their cues, we allow the nervous system to re-establish harmony, bringing balance back to our personal symphony.

Program Features

What Makes This Program Unique

A holistic approach to engaging our bodies physically, mentally and emotionally. Adaptable for any level. Our objective is not to complete the task of the workout but to experience the stimulus we are choosing from the workout.


Tension Centered Movement

You will learn how to activate the correct muscles for specific movements by focusing on the proper tension in your structural muscles. When movement causes pain or flare-ups, it's often because the wrong muscles—your survival muscles—are taking over instead of the muscles designed for the task.

In the Harmony program, movements aren’t taught based on specific positions but rather on how your body should feel during the movement. This approach makes it accessible to everyone, regardless of experience level!


Whole System Focus

In this program, you will learn how to recognize, manage, and transition between the four key nervous system states: Flow, Fight, Flight, and Freeze.

You’ll develop an understanding of how your body responds to each of these states, recognize the patterns you currently experience, and discover ways to create new, healthier cycles. By building your ability to move through these states more effectively, you will enhance your resilience and improve how you show up in all areas of your life.


Your Schedule

The program is designed for 5 days of intentional movement each week, but it can be easily adapted to fit your current needs and abilities. With guidance from your coach, you'll learn to listen to your body and determine what’s right for you each day. Whether you're dealing with physical limitations or a busy schedule, you can adjust the program to keep making progress toward your goals.
