Move - Breathe - Connect

Women of all abilities come to learn something new about themselves each week.

Each Tuesday we:

Discuss the nervous system and how we can influence our ability to functional move through Flow, Fight, Flight and Freeze.

Connect with breathing and specific muscle contraction to learn how to breathe and connect to YOUR body in a whole new way.

Challenge yourself with safe and effective movement progressions to acknowledge and confront your self limitations, learn what you ARE capable of and how you can build momentum toward action in your future.

"I really enjoyed your class! I have autoimmune issues and have a big stress/inflammation/histamine response in my body. I try to exercise and I'm usually always focused on what is hurting and afraid that my body will hurt later from doing too much.

After the class I realized my body felt so engaged. My body was holding myself up and almost felt like gliding as I walked because my muscles were doing the job instead of so much effort from me. During the workout I felt calm, capable, strong, focused muscles and relaxed."
